Building FreeSWITCH on OpenBSD 4.5/i386

Build not yet completed, but this is the current process:

  • You MUST use autoconf 2.59 (untested: 2.60, 2.61; confirmed not working: 2.62)
  • You MUST patch sqlite like this:
